How we build a longer-lasting felt roof
Our standard build uses a 2mm underlay topped with a 5kg mineral cap sheet, giving you a durable surface made for day-to-day exposure. That system comes with a 10-year guarantee, and we can apply an insurance-backed warranty on new roof work through our roofing membership.
If you want to improve warmth inside your property, we can fit insulation during the job rather than treating it as an afterthought. We can add extra layers of felting to increase life expectancy and extend our guarantee to 20 years. We keep the work in house, which means you know who's on your roof from start to finish handling your roof repairs and maintenance.
